Luxury Home Watch will make sure your property and home are secure and ready when a hurricane approaches. When a Hurricane Watch or Warning is initiated from the coast guard we take action to make sure everything is in place to keep your property and values protected.
How we Secure your Home
Put away furniture & other loose items around the house
Close all hurricane shutters as soon as a Hurricane Watch is issued.
Tie-down & secure boats.
Clear off the lanai, including grill, furniture & other loose items.
We will send you video evidence of the current state of your property before the storm (for insurance purposes).
*We can also install hurricane shutters if requested.
Post Storm Inspection
After the storm, we can return all secured items and perform a post-storm inspection to make sure there was no damage. In the event your property is damaged by a storm, Luxury Home Watch knows who to call to help handle all repairs to restore your property and surrounding areas.
We will send you video evidence of the post-storm damages.
Return items to their original place.
Inspect homes interior & exterior for damages.
Contact & facilitate vendors for repairs.
