We make sure homes are closed down and ready for the storm, including your boats, furniture, lanai item, and other loose items. Post-storm we also come to return items to their original place, send you video evidence of any damage, and do a full inspection.

Wanting to feel like you were never gone? Go back to exactly where you left it. We can take care of all of your reopening and start-up home-opening services. From technology reboots/refreshes, test internet, integrations, taking down storm shutters, open blinds, music ready (optional), shipped cars to home, cleaning & detailing if requested.
Closing up for the Season
We will perform all necessary shut down, turns off, and closure of the house after your visit is complete. This may include and is not limited to house shutdown, take down lanai items, turn off the water, flush toilet, empty ice maker, etc. Let us deal with all the hustle of shut down so you can leave with ease.
